Das Phasenkontrast-Verfahren benötigt besonders präzise Einstellung: nicht nur das Objektiv und das Diaphragma muss exakt an der optischen Achse platziert werden, besonders wichtig ist auch die Höheneinstellung des Kondensors.
Das Mikroskop, welches mit Phasenkontrast nachgerüstet wird, MUSS deshalb unbedingt eine austauschbare und voll justierbare (vertikal und horizontal) Kondensorhalterung haben!
Für 160mm Systeme (DIN Finity System) bieten wir das Phasenkontrastset in 3 verschiedenen Ausführungen an.
Das 4-er Set hat 10x, 20x, 40x und 100x PLAN Phasenkontrast Objektive, sowie einen Diaphragma-Revolver, welcher rotiert werden kann. Damit lässt sich schnell zwischen den verschiedenen Vergrößerungen im Phasenkontrast-Verfahren und Hellfeld wechseln. (siehe Foto unten)
Man muss unbedingt erwähnen, dass der Phasenkontrast-Diaphragma-Revolver relativ schwer ist, deshalb empfehlen wir für kleinere Mikroskope dieses Zubehör nicht (aus Platz- und Stabilitätsgründen!).
Die 100x Phasenkontrast-Beobachtung braucht außerdem sehr viel Licht, wozu die preiswerteren Mikroskope mit meist nur einer 20W Halogen Beleuchtung nicht ausreichend sind.
Alle Kondensoren haben den standard 34mm Durchmesser. Die Kondensor Höheneinstellung muss möglicherweise umgestellt werden (Endpositions-Schraube neu positionieren oder sogar ganz entfernen - es ist modellabhängig).
