Die HORIZONT-Serie beinhaltet auch große Refraktoren, die sowohl für Naturbeobachtungen, als auch für Fotografie und für astronomische Zwecke genutzt werden können. Der Okularauszug nimmt Standard 1,25" und 2“ Zubehör auf, sodass sich diese Geräte umfangreich aufrüsten lassen. Ein T2-Gewinde ermöglicht das Fotografieren durch das Teleskop.

VERWENDUNG:
Der HORIZONT-102 ist ein sehr lichtstarker Refraktor mit 102mm Öffnung und nur 500mm Brennweite. In Verbindung mit 2-Zoll-Okularen sind riesige Gesichtsfelder von bis zu 4 Grad möglich, das entspricht etwa dem 8-fachen Vollmonddurchmesser! Bei astronomischer Verwendung sind diese Refraktoren sehr gut für die Beobachtung großflächiger Nebel und Sternenfelder geeignet. Dank des 2-Zoll-Okularauszuges (inkl. Reduzierung auf 1,25") wird dieses Gerät auch gerne als lichtstarkes Teleobjektiv verwendet.
