A small telescope for beginners

Compact beginners telescope with 70mm aperture and simple azimuthal mount. Thanks to the short focal length of 500mm it is very compact and easy to transport.

ADVANTAGES for beginners:

  • Very easy handling, ideal for beginners
  • Good 2-lens lens with little color error
  • Well-corrected 3-lens eyepieces with approx. 40 or 55 degrees facial field
  • Zenith mirror with 31.7mm plug diameter
  • Short tube (500mm focal length) causes little leverage
  • Very easy to operate fork mount

THE TELESCOPE:

Our solar system offers a lot: for example the wonderful craters on the moon. You can see them very beautifully on the Terminator (light / shadow border on the moon). The rings of Saturn, or Jupiter with its four great moons and the cloud bands on its surface are also visible. The recommended maximum magnification is 140x, the smallest moon details that can be observed with this telescope are about 5 km. The easy handling and extensive accessories make this device an ideal telescope for beginners and children who want to collect the first experiences in astronomy
